I do linguistics, more specifically phonology. I graduated in Catalan philology at the UAB, Barcelona, where I obtained my PhD in Cognitive Science and Language. My research interests lie in the following areas: metrical phonology, prosodic phonology, phonological opacity and Optimality Theory. I am also interested in the phonology of Romance languages, especially minority or underdocumented ones.
